Have app download not show up in purchased

 · I solved this problem by going to Setings -- iTunes App Store -- hit Apple ID -- Sign Out. Count ro 5, then sign in again, you wil be asked to verify payment information. When you do, the Apps will all show up in the Purchased Tab in the App Store.  · I just purchased a Quest 2, along with five games/apps. I then downloaded the oculus desktop app so when my Quest 2 arrives It would be installed already. Now the problem I face is that when I click "Library" on the desktop app, nothing shows up, and even when I go into my purchase history, nothing shows up.  · I had a samsung admire for two years. Today, I purchased a samsung galaxy reverb. I used the same google account I used on the ssamsung admire. I went to the google play store to install the app on samsung galaxy reverb and it says $ and not shown as purchased as it was in the samsung admire. Why is this?
